What’s in it for you?

Fair question. Here is what you get, and what you don’t.

Content for your sustainability report

A voluntary action described with evidence, training hours and money spent with a small Greek producer. Your team copies it from the reporting pack; it does not have to research it.

An answer for your big customers

Large companies that report under EU rules may ask their suppliers for average training hours per employee. You will have the number, and the proof behind it.

Your name or logo on real hives

Hives with your name or logo and their own numbers — in our mountain apiaries or, for companies in Attica, on your own roof — and photos of them. Something to show that is true exactly as written.

Something your people learn

A session on how a colony works, how honey bees differ from wild bees, and what the hive says about how an organisation works. A short quiz before and after shows what they learned. The session.

A small producer gets paid

Your money goes to a beekeeping business in rural Greece, and you can report it that way.

Words that hold up

Our wording guide follows the EU rules on green claims, so what you publish about the programme will not come back to bite you.

What it is not

It is not a legal obligation: since the 2026 EU changes, sustainability reporting is compulsory only for companies with more than 1,000 employees and over €450 million turnover, from 2027. For everyone else it is voluntary. It is not an offset, and it does not save wild bees.

GET STARTED

What you receive: the reporting pack

Everything your sustainability team needs, ready to file. Their job is copy and paste.

1. Certificate of adoption

Your company's name, the number of colonies, the apiary region and the season.

2. One-page fact sheet

What, where, how many colonies, which period, which partner, how much.

3. Data file (Excel)

Hive IDs, apiary location, colony status at the start and end of the season, session date, hours and attendance, quiz results before and after, amounts, and the pollen analysis if you have one. Monitoring readings are exported on request.

4. Ready-to-paste texts

For GRI, for the EU voluntary standard for smaller companies (VSME), for ESRS and for the SDGs — in English and Greek.

5. Evidence file

Contract, invoice, dated photos of your hives, the beekeeper's registration, attendance record and a signed statement of accuracy.

6. Wording guide

What your company can and cannot say about the programme in public, under the EU rules on green claims.
