See the reporting pack before you buy

Every provider says their programme is “ESG-ready”. Here is ours, filled in for a company that does not exist, so you can check it against your auditor’s list before you spend a euro.

What an auditor asks for, and where it is in the pack

A certificate proves you took part. It does not prove anything happened. These are the things an assurance practitioner wants to see behind a line in a sustainability report, and what we hand you for each.

What they askWhat you get from us
Where exactly are the hives? The apiary region and the hive numbers (THP-101 and so on) in the fact sheet and the data file. Our apiaries move with the season; the data file says where they stood at the start and the end of it.
Who is the beekeeper? The beekeeper’s registration, in the evidence file.
Can we trace the money?Contract and invoice in the evidence file. The invoice separates the hives, the session and any extras, so each amount lands in the right disclosure.
Did the colonies actually exist, and what happened to them?Colony records at the start and the end of the season, hive by hive, in the data file. If a colony was lost and replaced, it says so. Dated photos of your hives with your name or logo on them.
Is the data exportable?Yes: the data file is an ordinary Excel file. Monitoring readings, if you have sensors, are exported on request.
Who took part in the training, and did they learn anything?Date, duration and attendance list of the session, and the quiz results before and after. That is what GRI 404-1 wants.
What about biodiversity? We do not claim it with hives alone, and we say so in the pack. If you want data on nature, add a yearly pollen analysis: it lists which plants your bees visited. With hives on your own roof it is our gift.
Who signs for all this?A signed statement of accuracy from us. And if your auditor has questions, they can ask us directly.

What is not in the pack

No carbon numbers, no “biodiversity gain”, no compliance stamp. No beehive makes a company compliant with anything, and since September 2026 a green claim you cannot prove is banned in the EU. The pack is built so that nothing in it needs to be taken on trust.
